OUR MARKETING STRATEGY

 

Our strategy is to utilize the most effective techniques in internet, print media, social media, and word of mouth marketing to sell your home.

 

We commit, not to just listing your home for sale, but more importantly, to getting it sold! We believe the professional marketing of your home takes diligence, skill, networking and hard work. PREPARING TO MARKET YOUR HOME

 

PREPARING AND STAGING:

Once we've listed your home we would like to pay for a consultation with a home staging professional. In our experience, staging has proven to be extremely effective. Our stager can work with your budget to showcase your home by either bringing in outside furniture, or working with the furniture your already have.

 

CLEANING:

It is important that your home look its best while on the market. We'd be happy to refer you to a cleaning crew if you need help getting your home ready.

 

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY:

Photographs will be taken of the interior and exterior of your home to be used for marketing purposes in newspapers, websites, advertisements and brochures. For these photographs, we suggest you clear your home of any excessive clutter.

 

MARKETING YOUR HOME

 

FOR SALE SIGN:

 

+ Having a for sale sign in your front yard is a very important marketing tool. Studies have shown that 15% of home buyers first find out about a house for sale from a For Sale sign - the second most influential source after Realtors. There will be a for sale sign placed in your front yard with sign riders specifying the website and contact information.

 

BROCHURE PLACEMENT AND DISTRIBUTION

 

+ A Brochure describing the features and benefits of your home will be provided. These brochures will be on display in your home and distributed amongst your neighbors. If needed, a professional floor plan will be drawn for the brochure and virtual tour created.

+ A flyer box will be placed on the post of the sign allowing interested parties to take the information.

 

THE MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE(s) / LOCAL MLS

 

+ Studies have shown that about 36% of buyers find out about a home for sale from a real estate agent. In 2009, all the Southern California multiple listing service (with the exception of the San Diego board of realtors) agreed to Data Share.
